You may return at your expense most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We do not accept returns of items that have been used or opened, and we offer money back guarantee only on selected brands (please refer to the list of brands below).
15% restocking fee will apply to all returns unless the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), in which case, we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if you received free shipping on your order, a shipping fee in the amount of $5.99 will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
All restocking fees are waved if you are a subscriber to our news letter.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of submitting your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
